CEO of Sindyanna since its founding in 1996, Hadas was born in Kibbutz Beit Zera near Lake Tiberias and now lives in Haifa’s Hadar neighborhood. In 1992, she co-founded the Al-Baqa’a Center in Majd al-Krum, an Arab village located in the Galilee, and co-directed the Mothers’ School project, empowering local women to support their children’s education.
It was during this work that Hadas envisioned a business that could provide meaningful employment while fostering women’s economic independence. Her passion for advancing the status of Arab women and fostering connections between women from diverse communities, naturally led her to join the founding committee of Sindyanna of Galilee.
“Being involved in the management of Sindyanna and working daily alongside Arab women keeps me hopeful, even in the midst of nationalist tensions and policies that often divide and discourage those who simply wish to live in peace and harmony.”
