Sindyanna’s new line of infused olive oils is a celebration of the rich agricultural heritage of the Galilee.

 

Crafted with meticulous care by local farmers, these oils are infused with the vibrant flavors of za’atar, oregano, and rosemary, each handpicked at the peak of their potency.

The process begins with the manual harvesting of the herbs at just the right time, when the oil concentration in the leaves is at its highest. After a few days of sun-drying, the dried herbs are distilled in a custom-built home distillery, yielding the precious essential oils that infuse Sindyanna’s olive oil with their unique, aromatic flavors.
