Dani Ben Simhon

Dani serves as co-director of Sindyanna’s Visitors Center, responsible for its marketing and sales. Born and raised in Kiryat Gat, he is married with one son and lives in Nesher. Dani volunteered as a youth guide during his military service, and later studied art and lived in Tel-Aviv for two decades. As an artist, he often participated in exhibitions and owned an art studio.

Dani is an optimist who believes in equality between people, fights racism, and works daily for social change. He loves culture and art, music, sports, cooking and animals, a social activist and a plastic artist. Over the years, he has been involved in youth education, both as a guide, as a guide instructor, managed a youth movement, and promoted projects that brought Jews and Arabs closer together.

Dani is also one of the founders of the Workers’ Organization Maan – a professional union that works for the rights of workers. As part of his role, he learned about the employment plight of Arab women, and was among the founders of the “Women and Work” project, which tackles the problem of unemployment among Arab women by promoting employment opportunities. Dani is also one of the founders and managers of the “Bread and Roses” project.
