	Olive Oil Soap Sindyanna olive-oil soap is made in the West Bank city of Nablus according to traditional techniques. After five years of successfully exporting olive-oil soap that is uniform in shape and colour, we now offer it in four different types, enhancing the oil with natural honey, lemon, Dead Sea mud, and milk. Sold in a gift package, this bouquet of soap makes a wonderful and original gift.
	Baskets The Sindyanna baskets are made with palm fronds to reproduce traditional Arab basketry, which was based on olive and mastic branches. The fronds are especially strong and durable. They provide a unique, attractive, authentic look. They are produced by Arab women from Galilee who were trained by Sindyanna for this purpose. 	Za'atar (mixture and leaves) is a very popular spice in the local kitchen. It is the hyssop of the Bible, also known as Syrian marjoram. Sindyanna of Galilee's quality za'atar mix is produced in a traditional way in our warehouse. Our za'atar leaves are shade dried. We buy the za'atar from Arab farmers in the Galilee.
	Honey - from Galilee wildflowers. During winter and spring, bees gather pollen from Galilee wildflowers. The Bees are raised in the ancient tradition of Galilean villages, supplemented by modern know-how. Sindyanna helps Arab women learn beekeeping as a source of livelihood.
