Sindyanna of Galilee is proud to introduce an Olive-Oil Gift Package.

The production of olive-oil soap is an important part of the traditional Palestinian economy. In the past, almost every woman knew how to make it. Even today, many older women make olive-oil soap. The soap is used for a wide range of cosmetic purposed - hand and face washing, showering and even as a replacement for hair shampoo.
Sindyanna's olive-oil soap is produced in the West Bank city of Nablus. After five years of successfully exporting soap that is uniform in shape and colour, we have now added four new varieties, using honey, lemon juice, Dead Sea mud, and milk. It is the first time that such a thing has been done in local soap production. The new formulae will enriches the olive-oil soap with additional health contributions. In the future we plan to include other ingredients, such as chamomile, mint, laurel leaf, and hyssop.
The four varieties of olive-oil soap are packed in a decorative gift package, a Bouquet of Four. Each package will also include a postcard representing a work by a Palestinian artist, as part of a new Sindyanna project, sponsoring Palestinian art in Israel.
